We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be given once the product has been received by Wholesome Critter Designs. 

Because this product is made-to-order, there will usually be a two-week processing wait. In a positive way, producing goods as needed rather than in large quantities contributes to a decrease in overproduction, which is ultimately more sustainable!

 

Once shipped: 

Shipping is a flat rate of $6. This will include 3-5 day shipping. I will communicate with you if there are any delays or unforeseen circumstances.
